Palm Coast is a relatively young coastal city in Flagler County and located on Florida's Northeast Atlantic coast, situate between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach along I-95. It was officially incorporated into a city on December 31, 1999, but has its origins dating back to 1969 as a master planned community when the ITT Corporation purchased the land. It's known for a quieter, more residential feel than some of Florida's larger beach communities and has been steadily growing over the years.

BEACH: There are about 18 - 19 miles of Atlantic beaches, many of which are notably less crowded than beaches farther South.

NATURE: The area has 125+ miles of trails, numerous parks and preserves, saltwater canals, and access to the intercoastal waterway.

BOATING and FISHING: Palm Coast has an extensive canal system - about 700 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals - along with kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, and fishing opportunities.

GOLF: There are several golf courses in the area, including the oceanfront Jack Nicklaus designed Ocean Course and the Tom Watson designed Conservatory Course at Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, as well as several public courses, such as Palm Harbor Golf Club and Pine Lakes Golf Club.

LOCATION: It's convenient to both St. Augustine and Daytona Beach.
